General terms

  • All amounts quoted are estimates until presentation of final brief from client.
  • Final costing for websites and graphic design will be provided once the site structure, functionality requirements and artwork have been established after the brainstorming and design process.
  • Any work requested that exceeds the amount quoted will, within reason, be charged at the hourly rate.
  • Prices usually include one set of changes, thereafter, the hourly rate will be charged.
  • Any ideas or work presented remains the copyright of Lookhere Multimedia Design until paid for in full.
  • These terms can change without notice.
  • Quotations are valid for 14 days.

Websites and corporate identities

  • Logos, photographs, content and any other elements to be provided by the client, unless otherwise arranged.
  • A site map and functionality overview will be supplied on receipt of final content and requirements.
  • Sourced images or fonts from stock libraries are not included and will be quoted and invoiced separately, if requested.
  • Prices include one revision within 5 days of receiving mock-up artwork, content or final draft of website; thereafter alterations will be charged at the hourly rate.
  • Once the mock-up artwork is signed off and development commences, any design changes to the HTML templates will incur additional charges.
  • The initial design and development does not include any updates or changes once the site is signed off and launched. Any future updates and changes will be charged at the hourly rate.
  • Any additional research regarding website submission will be charged at the hourly rate, or as quoted.

Printing

  • Any printing costs are estimates. Final costing will be provided once the artwork has been finalised.
  • Final proof sign-off is the client’s responsibility, Lookhere will not be held responsible for any errors in the printed artwork.
  • A R725 or 10% production cost (whichever is greatest) is included in the quotation.
  • Note: It is standard custom in the printing industry to supply 10% overs or unders on any run. Printers will not be responsible to re-run shortages of up to 10%.

Payment Terms

Logos and Websites
  • 50% deposit before work commences.
  • 50% on delivery of artwork or launch of website.
Maintenance
  • Maintenance or retainer contracts are payable monthly in advance.
  • Any time spent in excess of the agreed amount will be charged at the hourly rate.
Printing and merchandise
  • 50% deposit before order is placed.
  • 50% on day of delivery.
  • Strictly COD.
Hosting and email
  • Payment is made annually in advance.
Retainers
  • Payment is made in full monthly or annually in advance.
  • Payment is due 7 days from date of invoice or before the 1st of the month.
All other invoices
  • Payment is COD on all invoices.
Please note
  • Any late payments will incur interest charges at set at 15.5%.
  • All prices exclude VAT at 14%.
